Popular YouTuber Adam the Woo, whose real name was Adam Williams, has d*ed at the age of 51, according to family and law enforcement officials.

Williams was found unresponsive at his home in Celebration, Florida, on Monday after authorities conducted a welfare check. According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies later entered the home and confirmed his d*ath. The medical examiner is expected to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause. No further details have been released.

Williams launched his YouTube career around 2009 and gained a loyal following for documenting abandoned places, filming locations from movies and television, and later theme parks, small towns, and roadside attractions. He spent his early years traveling across the US while living out of a van, supported largely by viewer donations.

In 2012, he created a second channel, TheDailyWoo, where he posted daily vlogs for several years. Over time, the channel became his primary platform, with content spanning all 50 US states and, more recently, international destinations.

He was especially known for his interest in Disney history and frequently shared videos from Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and historic Disney related sites.

News of his passing prompted an outpouring of tributes from fans and fellow creators. Close friend and YouTuber Justin Scarred described Williams as a deeply generous and kind person, asking the public to respect the family’s privacy and avoid spreading speculation. Family members have acknowledged the loss but have not yet issued a formal statement.

Williams had uploaded a video just one day before his d*ath, making the news particularly shocking for his audience. Fans continue to share messages remembering his calm presence, curiosity, and impact on the online travel community.
