Starbucks Red Cup Day Returns on November 13 with Free Reusable Cups and Festive Holiday Merchandise

Starbucks celebrates the holidays with its 2025 Red Cup Day on November 13, offering free reusable cups with select drinks and unveiling new festive merchandise collections.

Starbucks is bringing back one of its most beloved holiday traditions with Red Cup Day on November 13. Customers who purchase any handcrafted holiday or fall beverage at participating U.S. stores will receive a free 2025 limited-edition reusable red cup. Orders can be placed in-store, through the drive-thru, the Starbucks app, or via delivery services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats.

The 2025 reusable red cup is made from 95 percent recycled materials and features a hand-drawn design by Starbucks artist Yvonne Chan. She said the artwork is inspired by the feeling of stepping into a Starbucks from the cold and captures a moment of magic. The cup design depicts a cozy winter scene, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere for the season.

Eligible beverages include seasonal favorites such as Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, Gingerbread Chai, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. Starbucks Christmas Blend and Reserve Christmas brewed coffee are not part of this promotion.

Customers who bring their reusable red cups on future visits will receive a 10-cent discount on beverages, and Starbucks Rewards members will earn double stars for their order. This initiative highlights Starbucks’ commitment to sustainability while rewarding loyal customers.

Starbucks is also introducing a new lineup of limited-edition holiday merchandise. Following the popularity of the sold-out Bearista Cup, the new collection includes items such as the Golden Poinsettia Mug, Red Ribbon Tumbler, Gingerbread Cookie Tumbler, and Siren’s Tail Mug. These products are designed to bring festive cheer and make perfect gifts for the holiday season.

Returning beverages such as the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte will be available from December 2. Starbucks aims to make the holiday season special by combining festive drinks, joyful designs, and environmentally conscious options. Red Cup Day offers a way for customers to enjoy the holiday spirit while sharing moments of warmth and connection.
