Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller has introduced the Round Triple Mystery, a timepiece that redefines how time can be displayed without traditional hands.

The watch uses three rotating discs to show hours, minutes, and seconds, each marked by triangular indicators. This completes the evolution of the Mystery concept, which previously featured only single and double disc versions.

CEO Nicholas Rudaz, whose career path began in hospitality before entering haute horology, credits the brand’s independence for its creative freedom. Franck Muller produces every component in house at its Geneva manufacture, allowing full control over design and engineering.

The Triple Mystery required major technical innovation, especially for the seconds disc. Engineers skeletonized the aluminum disc to reduce weight to just 0.052 grams while preserving structural integrity.

The 39mm case is offered in rose gold or white gold and is set with more than 350 diamonds across the dial and case. The watch is powered by the MVD 2800-TMY automatic movement with a 42 hour power reserve.

Rudaz says the brand is not interested in pleasing everyone, but rather in pleasing those who want to stand apart.

With the Triple Mystery, Franck Muller reinforces its identity as a watchmaker that refuses to follow tradition for the sake of comfort.
