NEW YORK: Jay-Z is set to return to one of New York City’s most iconic venues this summer with two anniversary concerts at Yankee Stadium celebrating landmark albums that defined his career.
The shows, scheduled for July 10 and July 11, will honor the 30th anniversary of Reasonable Doubt and the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint, Roc Nation confirmed in an announcement.
The first night, titled Jay-Z 30, will focus on Reasonable Doubt, the rapper’s 1996 debut album widely regarded as a cornerstone of hip-hop. The project featured collaborations with artists including The Notorious B.I.G. and Mary J. Blige, and production from DJ Premier, helping establish Jay-Z as a leading voice in the genre.
The second night, Jay-Z 25, will spotlight The Blueprint, released in 2001. Known for its influential sound and production by Kanye West, Just Blaze and Bink, the album remains one of the most critically acclaimed hip-hop releases.
The choice of Yankee Stadium reflects Jay-Z’s long-standing connection to New York City, where he built his career and cultural identity. The venue has become symbolic of his influence in music and popular culture.
The announcement comes as Jay-Z increases his live performance schedule in 2026. He is also set to headline the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia, marking a broader return to major stage appearances after several years without a full solo tour.
Fans have yet to receive ticket details, with Roc Nation advising audiences to wait for further updates.
The two-night event is expected to draw significant attention, offering fans a rare opportunity to experience two of hip-hop’s most influential albums performed live in full-scale productions.
