Savannah Chrisley, best known for the reality series Chrisley Knows Best, is joining the panel of ABC’s daytime talk show The View as a guest co-host for a limited four-day stint beginning February 17.
Chrisley is temporarily filling in for co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who recently welcomed her first child. Griffin and her husband, Justin Griffin, celebrated the birth of their son earlier this month, prompting the show to invite a rotating list of guest hosts during her maternity leave.
Chrisley will appear alongside the regular panel, which includes Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin, and Ana Navarro. During her hosting week, the program is scheduled to feature a lineup of celebrity guests including Jelly Roll, Bunnie Xo, Mark Wahlberg, Jonathan Roumie, Delroy Lindo, Amber Ruffin, and Jennifer Garner.
Speaking previously on her podcast, Chrisley described the opportunity as “outside of my comfort zone,” noting that she welcomed the challenge despite past criticism involving her family and the program’s panel discussions. The guest-host role also marks one of her most prominent television appearances since her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, received presidential pardons in 2025 after earlier fraud convictions.
Her appearance has generated strong reactions online, with social media users expressing both support and criticism following promotional posts released by the show ahead of her debut. Producers have not commented publicly on the reactions but confirmed that several additional guest hosts will rotate through the panel in the coming weeks.
The View airs weekdays on ABC at 11 a.m. Eastern Time and is available for streaming on Hulu after broadcast.
